At The Flip Side, we believe success isnβt something youβre given - itβs something you build. Mistakes here are welcomed because they are part of learning. We encourage athletes to ask questions, accept feedback with a growth mindset, and view every correction as an opportunity to learn and improve!

Available in 30-min solo or shared private lessons. Structured around a warm-up, flexibility stretches, skill specific drills, technique development, and strength work.Half-hour specialized private lessons for athletes.
Select βadd onβ when booking to share the lesson with an additional athlete working similar skills.

All structured in building technique, flexibility, & strength for level appropriate and individual athleteβs skill sets.

One day skill-specific clinics are hosted once a month with stretching, drills, individualized coaching/feedback, and conditioning. Clinics range from the basics, to handsprings, aerials & acro, and more!

Continue putting in the work with consistent practice at home. Find great equipment options for at-home use, and follow along with our at-home video series.

Add an additional athlete to an already scheduled private lesson. Additional athlete must be an existing athlete a The Flip Side .

ABOUT THE FLIP SIDE
At The Flip Side, we believe strong parts build strong skills, and strong skills build confident athletes. Founded in 2024, we are a non-competitive training strudio specializing in tumbling & acro. Through intentional coaching, progressive skill development, and a culture of accountability, we help athletes build confidence, resilience, and the skills to succeed - both inside and outside the studio. We believe every athlete has the potential to grow. We create an environment where athletes feel comfortable building skills, strengthening their mindset, and learning that progress comes through commitment, consistency, and belief in themselves.
